1. Services Overview

Volarym provides buyer intent data to help businesses target potential customers based on online behavioral signals. Our subscription-based service includes:

• Access to curated intent audiences
• Multi-channel targeting via platforms like Google, Meta, Email, SMS, and Dialer
• CRM syncing and premium reporting tools (depending on your plan)

All plans require a 3-month commitment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business or organization to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Plan Commitment: All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted during this term.
• Promo Pricing: Promotional pricing applies for the first 3 months only, after which standard monthly rates will apply automatically unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Payment Method: You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your card or other payment method on file.

Late Payments: Late or declined payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Commitment Period: Subscriptions cannot be canceled within the initial 3-month term.
• Cancellations: After the initial term, you may cancel with a 7-day notice before the next billing date by contacting [email protected].

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer credits or partial refunds for unused services.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Misuse of data, including spamming, unauthorized sharing, or use of intent data outside the intended scope, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.

6. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to authorized users only. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including software, data, graphics, and brand assets provided through the Site or Services, is the property of Volarym or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or modify any content without prior written permission.

8. Communication and Consent

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes constitute your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
