Refund Policy

At Volarym, we are committed to helping your business grow with better targeting and smarter marketing. Because our services involve custom data provisioning and active system usage from day one, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Activation

Once your plan is activated and data access begins, no refunds will be issued — including full or partial months.

2. Three-Month Commitment

All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. You are billed monthly during that period. Early cancellations do not qualify for any refunds.

3. Cancellations After Commitment Period

After the initial 3-month term, you may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. No further charges will be applied after that period, but we do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact [email protected] within 10 days of the charge. We’ll investigate and respond promptly.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates our terms. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any losses incurred.
