Volarym Affiliate Program Policies

Applies to: All affiliates participating via PartnerStack

These Policies are incorporated by reference into the Volarym Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”). If anything here conflicts with Appendix A of the Agreement (commissions/tracking), Appendix A controls; otherwise the stricter rule applies.

1) Scope & Precedence

  • These Policies govern how you promote Volarym across search, social, content, email, paid media, communities, and other channels.
  • You must also comply with all laws, platform policies, and the Agreement.
  • Metrics like cookie window, attribution, payout timing, and lock period are defined in Appendix A of the Agreement.

TL;DR (Quick Rules)

  • No brand bidding or direct-linking on “Volarym” or misspellings.
  • Email = opt-in only; include disclosure & unsubscribe; no purchased lists.
  • No incent traffic (cashback, coupon extensions/toolbars), no fake leads, no cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or deceptive UX.
  • Use PartnerStack links; 90-day cookie, last-click attribution.
  • Use approved logos/screens only; don’t alter the logo or imply ownership.
  • Follow FTC/ASA disclosures and all ad-platform policies.
  • Violations may lead to reversal of commissions, suspension, or removal.

2) Tracking & Links

2.1 Affiliate Tool: PartnerStack must be used for all tracked referrals.
2.2 Links: Use your unique PartnerStack link. No hidden iframes, auto-fires, or cookie stuffing.
2.3 Cookie & Attribution: 90-day cookie; last-click attribution (as measured by PartnerStack).
2.4 Link Cloaking/Shortening: Allowed only if the final click still routes through PartnerStack and is not deceptive.

3) Search & PPC Rules

3.1 Brand Terms (negative-match required):
volarym, volarym.com, common misspellings (e.g., volarium, volarymn, volarym ai).
3.2 Prohibited on Brand Terms:

  • Bidding on brand/misspellings/branded URLs
  • Using brand in ad display URLs
  • Direct-linking your PartnerStack link on brand keywords

3.3 Non-Brand Search: Allowed if compliant with laws & platform rules. Landing pages must clearly identify you and not impersonate Volarym.
3.4 Competitor Terms: Allowed where lawful and policy-compliant; no misleading comparisons or trademark misuse.

4) Social, Content & Claims

4.1 Disclosure: Use clear disclosures (#ad, “affiliate link,” or platform-equivalent).
4.2 Truthful Marketing: No unsubstantiated guarantees (e.g., “triple your pipeline”). Use accurate, supportable claims.
4.3 No Impersonation: Don’t present yourself as Volarym or imply ownership/partnership/investment.
4.4 Reviews/Testimonials: Must be genuine and follow disclosure rules.

5) Email Marketing (Opt-In Only)

5.1 List Quality: Only opt-in lists. No purchased, rented, scraped, or co-reg lists.
5.2 Compliance: Include legal sender details, required disclosures, and a working unsubscribe link.
5.3 Unsubscribes: Honor promptly; suppress removed contacts.
5.4 Subject Lines: Must be truthful; avoid spam-trigger patterns.

6) Incentives, Coupons & Deal Sites

6.1 Not Allowed: Incent traffic (cashback/rebates), coupon/toolbars, unapproved codes, forced clicks, or deceptive UX.
6.2 Promo Codes: Use only Volarym-issued codes provided to you; do not create look-alike codes.

7) Creative & Brand Usage

7.1 Approved Assets: Use only assets from the Volarym Media Kit (logos, screenshots).
7.2 Do Not Alter: Don’t recolor or distort the logo or remove UI elements from screenshots.
7.3 No Look-Alike Properties: Don’t register domains/subdomains/social handles that resemble Volarym or imply you are Volarym.
7.4 Takedown: Volarym may require edits or removal of creative at any time.

8) Lead Quality & Prohibited Traffic

8.1 Prohibited: Bots, click farms, incentivized signups, fake trials, forced redirects, overlays that auto-redirect, cookie stuffing, or any deceptive UX.
8.2 Invalid Traffic: We may void, reverse, or claw back commissions tied to invalid, fraudulent, or policy-violating traffic.

9) Geography & Audience

9.1 Global Welcome: Partners worldwide may participate with a B2B focus.
9.2 Local Rules: You must follow local advertising and sector-specific rules where you market.

10) Privacy & Data Handling

10.1 Lawful Basis: Collect/share personal data only with a lawful basis and required disclosures/consents.
10.2 Purpose Limitation: Use personal data solely to promote Volarym under the Agreement and these Policies.
10.3 Security: Implement reasonable technical and organizational measures.
10.4 Deletion/Return: Delete or return personal data upon request or termination unless retention is legally required.
10.5 References: See Volarym Privacy Policy and DPA (as referenced in the Agreement).

11) Platform Compliance

11.1 Ad/Channel Rules: You must comply with all policies of the channels you use (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, email/ESP rules).
11.2 Flags/Removals: If a platform flags or removes your content for policy reasons, pause promotions until resolved.

12) Violations & Enforcement

12.1 Actions We May Take: Warning with cure request, link suspension, program removal, and/or reversal/forfeit of pending commissions tied to violations or fraud.
12.2 Severe Violations: Brand bidding, fraud, deceptive UX, or privacy/security breaches may result in immediate suspension/removal.

13) Exceptions

13.1 Pre-Approval Required: Any exception must be pre-approved in writing by Volarym (email from [email protected]).

14) Changes to These Policies

14.1 Updates: We may update these Policies from time to time. Updates take effect when posted.
14.2 Notice: Material changes will be communicated via PartnerStack or email. Continued participation after posting/notice constitutes acceptance.
14.3 Precedence: If an update impacts payout economics/tracking, Appendix A of the Agreement controls.
